Joe Ajaero, President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has left the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) headquarters in Abuja.
Ajaero, who arrived at 10:17 am, departed at 11:15 am after providing his statement.
He did not address the media at the IRT headquarters but mentioned he would speak to journalists at the NLC headquarters.
Last week, the police had summoned Ajaero to the IRT headquarters on August 20 at 10 am to respond to allegations of terrorism financing, cybercrime, subversion, criminal conspiracy, and treasonable felony.
Although Ajaero was unable to attend the initial summons, he committed to honoring the invitation today.
He was accompanied by Femi Falana, SAN, Marshal Abubakar, Deji Adeyanju, and several senior NLC officials.
