Transfer: Guardiola Advises Alvarez to Consider His Future

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has encouraged Julian Alvarez to reflect on his future with the club.

Alvarez has been linked with a potential move away from the Etihad Stadium this summer.

The Argentine striker is reportedly dissatisfied with his playing time under Guardiola and is also seeking to live in a warmer climate.

Currently representing Argentina at the 2024 Olympics, Alvarez has stated that he will decide on his future after the tournament.

In response to Alvarez's comments, Guardiola said: “I read that he’s going to think about it.

“Okay, think about it… then he will inform us what he wants to do.

“Julián played a lot. He wants more? It’s fine. So that’s why… think about it. And when he thinks about it, he will inform us.”
