Tinubu Appoints Umar Kogo as CCT Chairman |
The Presidency has announced that Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).
President Bola Tinubu approved the appointment of Dr. Kogo, a distinguished lawyer, according to a statement from Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, released on Sunday.
The statement highlighted Dr. Kogo's extensive expertise in law, security, economy, politics, and international diplomacy.
President Tinubu expects Dr. Kogo to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and dedication to Nigeria in his new role.
Additionally, it was reported by DAILY POST that President Tinubu has appointed Silas Agara as the new Director-General of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE).
