Aminu Ado Bayero Embarks on First Official Trip Outside Mini Palace |
On Saturday, the 15th Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, attended the annual peace prayer for the nation organized by the Isyaku Rabiu family.
During the first Islamic month, the Holy Qur’an is recited up to 3000 times to pray for the country's peace, prosperity, and progress.
The 15th Emir participated in the final day of this year's prayers.
According to Daily Trust, the Emir moved in a procession from the Nassarawa mini palace to the Isyaku Rabiu mosque at Goron Dutse and then returned home.
This marks the first official outing of the Emir since his return to Kano and his settlement at the Nassarawa mini palace.
Similarly, the 16th Emir, Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi, made his first official outing from the Gidan Rumfa palace to the state Government House two days ago, where he met with the newly appointed second-class Emirs of Gaya, Rano, and Karaye.
