Gov AbdulRazaq Denounces Terrorist Attacks in Katsina |
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has expressed his strong condemnation of the terrorist attacks in the Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State.
The attacks tragically resulted in the loss of many lives, including four police officers.
Governor AbdulRahman extended his deepest sympathies to Governor Dikko Umar Radda and the residents of the state, denouncing the heinous attacks on innocent civilians and law enforcement as unjustifiable acts of barbarity and crimes against humanity.
"The brazenness with which these violent non-state actors are targeting our security forces, who sacrifice their lives to safeguard our citizens, is deeply disturbing," stated the Governor through a statement from his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, on Tuesday.
"We stand in solidarity with the government, the security personnel, and the people of Katsina during these difficult times. We pray for Allah's mercy on the victims and solace for their bereaved families. We trust that our security agencies will relentlessly pursue the perpetrators of these heinous acts," he further stated.
