The decisive moment occurred on Sunday night when PAOK secured a hard-fought 2-1 away victory against Aris, securing their fourth league championship with 80 points from 36 matches, edging out rivals AEK Athens by a mere two points.
In the match, Brandon Thomas opened the scoring for PAOK at the hour mark, but Loren Moron equalized for Aris just two minutes into the second half. However, it was Taison’s strike in the 62nd minute that ultimately sealed the victory, igniting exuberant celebrations among the PAOK supporters.
