Two Nigerian Police Officers Arrested for Kidnapping Minors in Sokoto State

In a shocking turn of events, two Nigerian police officers have been arrested and detained for their alleged involvement in the kidnapping of five minors in Sokoto State. The officers, identified as ASP Kulu and Elizabeth, were apprehended by the FCT police command while traveling from Sokoto to Abuja with the abducted children.

According to the Sokoto State Police Command's spokesman, ASP Ahmad Rufai, the suspects and victims were transferred to the command for further investigation. The abducted children include three toddlers under the age of two and a five-year-old girl named Asmau Ya'u, who was reportedly taken while on her way to an Islamiyya school.
