Registration period nearing closure – JAMB alerts prospective DE candidates |

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has called on prospective Direct Entry (DE) candidates to expedite and finalize their registration process.
The announcement was made by the board on Friday through a statement on its official X platform.

“Notice to 2024 DE Candidates! We wish to inform those who have not yet completed their registration that the process is ongoing and is expected to end soon. You are hereby encouraged to act promptly,” the statement said.
DAILY POST remembers that the board had indefinitely extended the DE registration deadline after initially announcing it would conclude on March 28 and April 25, respectively.
JAMB mentioned that the extension of the initial deadline was to accommodate more candidates who might face difficulties due to the security verification procedures implemented to combat fraudulent A’level results.
