In a recent judgment, Niger State's Chief Judge, Justice Halima Ibrahim Abdulmalik, sentenced 31-year-old Hamza Mohammed to death by hanging for his involvement in a fatal clash between rival youths in Minna. The incident, which occurred in the Kpakungu area, resulted in the tragic death of Isah Mohammed, who was stabbed to death by Baba Usman, currently evading justice.
