Renowned skit creator and musician, Nasboi, has disclosed that he is facing death threats for his disapproval of Wizkid's comment about Don Jazzy.
Nasboi had previously reprimanded Wizkid for his derisive comment towards Don Jazzy during a recent flare-up on social media, which was discussed on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast.
Speaking to Cool FM, the entertainer mentioned that he has been threatened with death since his appearance on the podcast.
He expressed, “It seems like being a celebrity means you can't have an opinion. But you, who is just a regular person, you're allowed to have one. You can freely choose to prefer Wizkid over Davido, and that's fine. So why can't I, as a regular person who happens to be a celebrity, enjoy the same right?
“Following what I said in my recent podcast interview. It's a straightforward question: Was Wizkid's statement offensive to Don Jazzy? They posed a direct question, and I believe it was. Calling him an 'influencer' seemed inappropriate in the context. I would be upset too. And now, because of my comments about WizKid, someone has messaged me threatening that I'll meet the same fate as my brother.”
