Naira unchanged at N1,339 versus dollar

The domestic currency maintained its value, trading at the same rate of N1,339.33 to the dollar on both Monday and Tuesday.

On Tuesday, the naira was exchanged at the consistent rate of N1,339.33 to a dollar in the official market.

The FMDQ Exchange, which manages the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market (NAFEM), reported that the naira's value remained unchanged.

This means that the domestic currency maintained its value, trading at the same rate of N1,339.33 to the dollar on both Monday and Tuesday.

Nonetheless, the trading volume rose to $328.32 million on Tuesday, an increase from the $180.80 million noted on Monday.

At the same time, the naira was seen trading within a range of N1,506.00 to N1,150.00 against the dollar at the Investor’s and Exporter’s window, as reported by NAN.
