The information was made public through a statement issued by Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Dami Mamza, the Catholic Bishop of the Yola Diocese.
A clergyman, Very Rev. Fr. Oliver Buba, of the Yola Catholic Diocese, has been abducted by unidentified gunmen.
The event, as reported by DAILY POST, took place early Tuesday morning at the reverend father’s residence at St. Rita’s Catholic Church, Bare, within the Numan Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
The information was made public through a statement issued by Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Dami Mamza, the Catholic Bishop of the Yola Diocese.
Bishop Mamza called upon all Christians and people of goodwill to fervently pray for the priest's prompt and secure return.
